Kobo eReader, Computer both authorized

Using Adobe Digital Editions version 3.0.8617.  I have down loaded and transferred a purchased eBook.  Unable to open the book on the eReader but can open on computer.  Error  message saying Adobe DRM is not authorized.   The authorization information when I click on book in ADE says authorized for any device.   My Kobo Touch Adobe DRM settings menu has option DEAUTHORIZE only.  ADE has not option (grey in menu) to authorize my Kobo Touch. 

What should I do now?
