Kobo readers

I am trying to open a book transferred from ADE to a Kobo reader. On three different books and two different readers, I get the same message, "Document protected by DRM and my device not currently authorized", I have contacted Kobo and followed their instructions to deactivate and reactivate both ADE and the reader. Error still comes up. Help!

    For this should check the help of the Kobo. I used itself a other reader. In my reader i have a point for adobe drm in the menue.
