kobo touch error message

I am getting the following error on my kobo touch:Oops! This document couldn't be opened. This document is protected by Adobe Digital Rights Management and is not currently authorised for use with your adobe id. please sign in with the authorised adobe id and try again. i have done this and still struggling. can anyone help?
