KoboGlo keeps saying I am not authorized

I have reinstalled ADE, I have wiped my Kobo and gone back to factory settings, I have de-authorized and re-authorized, and every time I try to load my ePub documents from ADE to my Kobo, I get a message saying I need to re-import the book using ADE. I have done it over and over and over again, and I keep getting the same message, every time I import the book using ADE. Anyone have any suggestions?
