Language problem

I have written a book in Malayalam (ISCII 57009) and sent to smashwords. They accepted and published it. But while reading in ADE, the characters (Fonts) change to meaningless.  Is Malayalam not acceped by ADE. If accepted why my book is not readable in ADE
