library book can be read on computer but will not open on nook "loan token not found" how do i fix this

i have downloaded a book from library, i can read it on my computer. i have transferred it to my nook, which is authorized, it shows on the nook but when i try to open i get the message loan token not found. what do i do

    No Token its a error with the eBook File itself. Remove the eBook of your Reader and transfer again.

    It does not work to remove the eBook and transfer again.  Still get the loan token not found message every time.
