Library Books Don't Show Up in ADE

I successfully downloaded library books a couple weeks ago and transferred to my Nook GlowLight Plus. Now when I download the .acsm file from Overdrive, it opens Digital Editions like it's going to work, but the book never actually shows up. Since it never gets changed to an epub format, I can't transfer to my Nook. I have tried with multiple library books. The authorization info in ADE looks correct, it has my Adobe ID and my OverDrive account.

I have tried renaming the My Digital Editions folder under Documents and that didn't work. I didn't see a "restore" folder in there to rename either.

Please help!
