Library Books Won't Transfer to Nook Ereader

Hi,

When I try to transfer ebooks from ADE to my Nook Ereader I get the message "CE_COPY_NOT_ALLOWED - No permission to copy this book" for some books but not all.  Any idea why some books will transfer and others not?
