Licence already fulfilled by another user

I downloaded an ASCM file (from Ex Libris) and get always this error message "Licence already fulfilled by another user". I am not sure if at the point of downloading the file my Adobe digital editions program was authorized or not - now it is and it does not work with my current adobe id. Should I unauthorise again, and try this way again or how can I find out if or if so which adobe id was registered at the moment of file download? 

Converterts for ascm to pdf does not work either.

Thanks for any help - I am lost in this jungle of adobe.
