Licence error

Good day

I have a laptop with windows 7 (32 bit). I have downloaded and authorised ADE. It works with the demo eBooks ,

but when I want to read the book that I have purchased, I get the error:

Error getting licence. Licence server communication error.

E_ADEPT_NO_FULFILLMENT_RESULT

I have googled, but the best it came up with was a re-install, which some also did not suggest, as it seem to cause

problems.
