License already fulfilled (by myself)

Question

I have a problem with a book I bought.

I associated it with a computer directly, without making an AdobeID. This computer has since been reset and I don't have access to it anymore.

Today I tried to associate it on a different computer using my AdobeID, but I get the error E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER.

Is there anything I can do? Or has Adobe just stolen my book and given me nothing in return? I didn't even get to read it!

The problem is that you open the eBook without the id. So you can not open again if authorize digital edition with your ID. You can only ask your reseller if you can get the eBook again (als now file) which can linke with your Adobe ID.
