License Communication error

I downloaded DE to my MAC laptop and all went well but now when I try to open the book I purchased I am receiving an error message:

Error getting License: License server communication problem: E_ADEPT_NO_TOKEN.

Can anyone help me with this? Have you run into this before? Is it possibly on the bookstore's side?

I did authorize my computer and that has been verified.

I also tried to get it on my ipad but the book in in my email.
