License error communication E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12

I have problem with the download of DRM protected e-books . The message from server is :E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12 .

Instead, I have no problem to download ordinary PDF e-books . 

Could you give me any suggestion to face the problem?
