License Error when downloading library files to Adobe Digital Editions

I get the following message pop up on screen in Adobe Digital Editions -

Error getting license . License Server Communicaton Problem : E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12

What is it that I need to do to resolve this??
