License number

I have one license number showing on my Nook ereader when I put in my authorization, and another license number is showing when I right click on a library book.  I am not able to open or read any books on my ereader.  I am getting error messages (not authorized user)

Do the license numbers need to be the same?  If so, how do I accomplish that?  I am using the same email address for both.
