License Server Communication Problem

Hello,

When I try to download an EBSCO eBook to Adobe Digital Editions, I get the following error:

Error getting license, License Server Communication Problem. E_ADEPT_XML_SYNTAX.

I've worked with EBSCO, who said that it was a problem on Adobe's end. I've noticed that this question has been asked before, without getting an answer, but we really need an answer. We have 150,000 eBooks that we can't download.
