License Server Communication Problem

Question

Unable to download library books to Windows 10, Windows 11 and Android devices using A.D.E. vs 4.5.11.1873.03 and even downloaded A.D.E. vs 3.0 but keep getting message: "Unable to Download, Error Getting License, License Server Communication Problem, E_LIC_LICENSE_GIGN_ERROR" Tried uninstalling, reinstalling de-authorising, re-authorising rebooting systems etc... Tried every which way for 4 days not able to download. Tried this morning to download and low and behold it worked the book is now on my ereader NO ERROR MESSAGES. Why can't Adobe put a message out saying they are having a problem and to try again later like other Companies?????????

I still have the mentioned E_LIC_LICENSE_SIGN_ERROR. Any update from adobe regarding the continuously unstable communication service? Based on my observation, with more than 1000 threads containing the error key, I interpret the service as unstable.
