License Server Communication Problem: E_ACT_NOT_READY

I have made a succesful installation of a compatible version (on a MacBook Pro running MacOS Monterey) but always get:

“Unable do download Error getting licence. License Server Communication Problem: E_ACT_NOT_READY”

What can be done to fix this problem?
