Licensed on Adobe DRM?

Supposedly I have authorized my eReader Adobe Digital Editions (bqCervantes/Nubico) to read ebboks loan (eBiblio Navarra), I downloaded on my computer and then transferred to eReader, but I get a message "Access denied. Check your license Adobe DRM". I've done everything I knew, and no way.
