Lightroom Classic : Problem displaying photo rating footer in grid view

I work on lightroom classic 14.2 and I have a Problem displaying photo rating footer in grid view, neither the color label (information editable and which is very important for me) nor the rotation buttons are present. I went to the library display options management screen and at the very bottom, all checkboxes regarding the "show note footer" information were all checked. By changing the settings, I didn't notice any change. 

As a last resort, I closed and reopened Lightroom, but I still had the same problem. I'm convinced that this feature was still there yesterday. I don't understand.

Has anyone had or is still having the same problem and were you able to resolve it?
