limit of Number of machines allowed per ID Reached

I cannot read my books. I get the message that my ereader is not authorized. Using ADE to authorize it I get the message: limit of Number of machines allowed per ID Reached. 

I don't use another computer, and I have only one reader. What went wrong. Please help me.
