Loan Token Not Found

When I download a book from the library, I am able to open and read it on ADE.  I can also move the book from ADE to my Nook.  Within ADE, if I open the Nook library, I can also open and read the book.

However, when I attempt to open the book on my Nook itself, I get a message, "Error Dialog    Loan Token Not Found"  I have followed the outlined steps on the Adobe troubleshooting page but still cannot open the borrowed book.
