I have used adobe digital edition for years.  Recently I have been unable to "check out" library books, and read them on my nook.

Keep getting "Loan token not found"

I am able to read in ADE, just not on my nook.

I have

1.  Checked the permissions.

viewing :  on any device until Sep 20, 2016, 9:20 PM

So I should be able to read it on my nook.

2.  de-authorized my nook, unplugged, and then re-authorized it.

     not work

3.  did the following...

    1. Go to “My Computer” (or the equivalent on your PC or Mac) and click on the Nook drive.
    2. Find and delete the “.adobe-digital-editions file.  (I copied my digital editions folder to my PC and then deleted it from the Nook, in addition to delete the .adobe ID.)
    3. Close ADE
    4. Restart ADE
    5. re-authorized

     did not work

4.  did the following...

    3. Close ADE
    4. Restart ADE
    5. Your Nook should now be visible to ADE, if not
    6. Go back to the Nook drive
    7. Find the “Digital Editions” file and delete it
    8. Close ADE
    9. Restart ADE

          10.     Nook will be visible

          11.  Click “Authorize Device”

     Did not work

5.  Did a factory restart

     Did a software update

     then did point 4 AGAIN

Did not work

I CAN read the books on the Mac in Adobe, not on the Nook.
