Login with Adobe-ID impossble

Greetings,

 

I'm unable to authorise digital editions with my Adobe-ID. I verified that the password and mail adress are correct by logging in online. However Digital Editions claims the ID or password to be wrong. Does anyone know how to solve this?

 

I'm Using 2FA for my Adobe-ID on Adobe Digital Editions Version 4.5.11.187303 on Windows 10 (System buid 19042.1466)

 

Hopefully anyone know how to sort this out.

Thank you, I was searching up and down for this but couldn't find it. I guess I will return my eBook, because switching 2FA off and on again is a pain with physical security keys... I can't believe Adobe still didn't fix this...

I have the exact same situation.

Already tried to activate without ID, and deleting authorisation afterwards. 

If I use the same ID and password in my webbrowser, it works without any problems.

 

Can someone please help us?

On a Microsoft Windows 11 Home
Versie 10.0.22000 Build 22000
Acer Swift SF314-58G
x64-based

 

Is there an email-adress where we can adress our problem to?
