Lost Books

I recently updated to windows 10 and installed ADE v4.5. , previously used Vista Home  and ADE V3, but the new version has not restored the book library I had on Adobe Digital Editions. How do I transfer the library to my new version of Adobe Digital Editions.

    The transfer of eBooks works only form mobile version to desktop version. For all other ways you must transfer the eBooks manuell to the new devices. Should found the eBooks in the old device under my documents > My digital edition.
