lost books in Digital Editions

I got a new computer and reinstalled Digital Editions and all my books are gone.  How do I get them back?

    I had a similar experience and now have a similar problem. This is also because I can't access my original account anymore (probably it was an old email): can someone help me restoring my old books as I need them for work?
