mac os 10.10.4 text to speech ADE

I have a macbook pro with system 10.10.4

Does ADE allow me to highlight text then right click my mouse to perform the "speech" function that is equipped within the mac's oz?

if not..

does it work more like a PDF document where I enable the OCR function then select a "read aloud" option.

I have not downloaded ADE yet.

I want to know if this is a feature before I use this product as I am visually impaired.
