MacOS - Can't erase authorisation linked to email I don't use anymore

Hi,

I am using Adobe Editions, on MacOS Catalina and for the first time in many years, I needed to use AE. 

Inspecting it, Adobe Editions is authorised to an email I used several years ago but expired and no longer exists.  As such I can't erase the authorisation because I have no idea what password I used for it and the email is no longer in existence.

Any help would be appreciated,
