Manage authorization of my devices

Hello,

I have get rid of my old mobile without de-authorizing it. Since the books I bought are available only for 3 device, I already reached the limit and I cannot download it in my new mobile. Is there any way how can I delete authorization from old device? Does it help to download the books in my new device?
