Maximum number of installs reached for a book

Hi,

 

I bought a book to read with ADE and I maxed it on the 6 PC.  Problem, at least two of them were Windows 7 that were migrated to Window10, but they still keep those linceces.  I can't go back on those PC to reset them, now that they have been migrated.

Is there a way to reset all 6 instances?  

I opened case ADB-13940462-V6V1.

The FAQ is indicating that Customer Support needs to reset those machines.  However, I can't seem to get in touch with Customer Support.  What can I do?

I should add that after discussing with three different people yesterday from Adobe, the last one told me he checked the reset option.  But I still cannot access my book.  

I do not know what to do....
