Merge Adobe ID

I have two Adobe ID's. One personal and the other professional. My iPad currently has the personal ID set up with a few Adobe apps on it. My Laptop has my professional Adobe ID with a paid subscription to Creative Cloud. I've done some work in Adobe draw for iPad and have the option to "Send to Illustrator" However I can't because the two Adobe ID's are different. Is there any way to merge the ID's and resolve this issue?
