I am suddenly unable to download my library books.  I get the message E_ACT_NOT_READY

    For this problem, you need to deauthorize and authorize ADE again.

    Launch ADE

    Help -> Erase authorization.

    ADE will be deauhorized.

    Now again AUTHORIZE ADE

    Help-> authorize computer.

    Error will be fixed !!

    I have been trying for two days to do that and I get the message:

    "Unable to Erase Authorization.  Please try after some time."

    i have exactly the same problem, "unable to erase authorization"...

    if someone could help to fix this error...! thanks!
