je ne peux acceder aux livres telecharges depuis le site de la bibliotheque de Paris j'ai l'erreur suivante E lic already returned les livres sont bien indices aupres de la biblio comme etant empruntés mais je ne peux les ouvrir

quelqu'un a t il une idée ?
