I can download books from the library to my nook with adobe digital editions ( I have an ID and password) it says user not activated. Please help. ?

Make sure the computer is authortized with an explicit Adobe ID before you download the library books.

menu/Help/Authorize Computer

If this is a nook tablet, autholrize it from within the ereader app you are running on the tablet, using the same ID.

If it is a nook ereader, plug it in by USB, run ADE, and use menu/help/authorize Device
