Missing Content

I bought an eText that required me to download Adobe Digital Editions to access it. After downloading it, I've noticed content missing on various graphs and diagrams. Why is this an issue? Is there something I can do to correct this? Can I return this product and just get the physical textbook? Awful product.

    I'm having a similar problem with the images in the file. When viewing a DRM file in ADE version 4.5.6, all works fine. But after upgrading to version 4.5.7, then some images stop displaying. Example:

    We have tested different PDFs from different sources. Same result.
