Missing content in ebooks

My ebooks do not show all the content in digital editions, I am missing text at random point in my document while other epub programs show all the content correctly.  Was instructed by support to only use the community forms for this error.  Any advise would be great.  Using window 10 pro.  downloaded the latest addition of Digital Editions.
