Missing Hard Disk?

On installation, it keeps asking for me to insert a missing hard disk in drive 6.  What disk?  This is a download.  I get figure anyway around it and the website provides no clues.  Anyone else get this message and can provide any help.  Three hours later and I am frustrated beyond belief.  Sorry I upgraded from 2.0.
