more 'E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED' issues despite my timezone check

howdy campers. I'm new to this application and can't get the thing to authorize my computer, with or without an ID.  I've checked my Timezone, and it's correct on my console and consistent with the ticker on my WIFI modem app.  So I erased, reloaded ADE an tried it again...  No love.  So now what?
