multiple copies of book and authorisation failure

Hi
I tried to borrow a book today.

When I copied it to my  Kobo I got an authorisation failure.  So I tried the download and copy again....

Same, but now multiple copies of the book in Editions.

Have tried removing the book, deauthorising kobo and PC then re-authorising, returning then re-issueing the book, updated Adobe Digital Editions, checked that time and date are correct.  Also tried issuing the book from another library - same issue.

Now have several copies of the book that keep reappearing in dEditions after being removed, and still get the error on the kobo!

Have not had this problem previously when borrowing books.

Same issue here.  Driving me nuts.  I've tried deleting ADE, reinstalling, factory reset Kobo, authorizing, deauthorizing.  Cant get anywhere!!

This is happening to me and neither Adobe or Kobo want to help. My Kobo is virtually useless. Looks like I should bin it and go to Kindle.Recommend nobody buy a Kobo because when it goes wrong you will get no help from these clowns.
