Multiple licenses on same computer

Got this weild reqeust when I tried to use indesign 2019, said I was signed into too many computers. Howevere two of them were on my desktop computer in which I use Adobe both on my admin and non admin. 

I had to sign out on my laptop which I also want to have access to.
