My acsm file is blank in ADE

Hi,

I ordered a PDF_DRM book off takealot, a ecommerce site here. I downloaded it and authorised my pc with adobe ID. It says it loaded the content into ADE but when I look I only get the contents and all the chapters etc...but from page 1 to 557 it is all blank.

I have deleted ADE and did the regedit thing and re-installed ADE 4.5.11....but nothing.
