My ADE cannot find "Drive D:"

My ADE was working fine for months.  Now, it cannot find "Drive D:" (I presume it's looking for the Nook, but I'm not sure).  I checked in the registry, and I don't find any ADE reference to "Drive D:".  Any ideas?
