my Digital Editions doesn`t work...

Hello,

yes, i allready did!

there are no error- or licence-problems!

the technical support (germany) told me, that the book about 400mb is too big...

that problem came up some times more at other costumers, he said...

so... how can adobe solve it?

Have you tried to un-authorize & re-authorize the device?
