My digital editions is activated under my Adobe ID but the book I'm trying to download is under a different vendor ID and I can't use this ID to access by textbook

My digital editions is activated under my Adobe ID but the book I'm trying to download is under a different vendor ID and I can't use this ID to access by textbook. How do I activate my vendor ID instead so I can access my textbook?
