My Nexus 7 broke, and I got a new one. I can down library books on it, but no longer can do so on my Nexus 10

I replaced a broken Nexus 7 tablet. Before I could read the same book on my Nexus 7 and Nexus 10, but now I can't do so. How do I fix this?
