My registration of Digital Editions did not genrate an Id

I am beyond frustrated trying to get an answer from Adobe. The contact leads here only or to a page which just leads back to the same page. I have a new computer I am trying to set-up Digital additions on for my Kobo.. I went in and created an account but no ID was generate just a blank page. I tried again but the system said there was already an ID for my e-mail. Now I am unable to contact anyone to get the ID. 

How do I get my ID!!!
