My supplier is not in the drop-down menu

I'm asking the license to download an ebook format ACSM but my supplier is not in the drop-down menu, it is an Italian supplier, called IBS, Internet bookshop Italy. How should I do?

I'm having the same issue, I only see Adobe ID and no other options.
