Navigating Internal Links in ADE--Is There an Easy Way?

Whenever I click on an internal link, is there any way to immediately return to where I was before clicking?

I'd love it if this operated more like a browser, with a back button and maybe even the ability to open links in new tabs within the program. That would be perfect.

Unfortunately, my understanding of how to use the program as it currently exists discourages me from using any of those would-be helpful navigational links added to indices and such. It's great to be able to perform a quick search for individual words and phrases in this roughly-two-million-word-length study bible I'm trying to get through, but it's kind of a bummer to have to scroll back to where I had just been after clicking on a cross-reference.

If anyone has a better solution to share with me--hopefully something like a back button that I've simply overlooked--I would much appreciate it.
