Need ADE activation limit reset

Hi Customer Support,

I was told to post here to get my Adobe Digital Editions activation limit reset. I was having trouble with my Kobo and wiped it/reinstalled ADE too many times while trying to solve my issue. Please help! I haven't been able to use ADE in weeks. Screenshot of error is included. Thank you!
