Need Adobe ID and password to open files on AWS workspace

Hello,

 
I have Adobe installed on an AWS Workspace in order to read some manuals.
At first, we were able to read the manuals without a problem.
Now, when we attempt to open the manuals, we receive the following message:

Authorization Needed
This computer is not authorized to open the manal because this item is authorized to a vendor ID.
To authorize your computer to open this item, enter your login ID and password associated with this item and click on the authorization button.
 
Where do I get the information needed to fill in what is being requested?
